Microsoft Silicon Valley

Completed in 2020, Microsoft’s Silicon Valley Headquarters transforms a five-building office park into a vibrant, interconnected campus. Designed by WRNS, the project restores the local ecosystem while reusing 36% of existing structures — significantly reducing both construction and operational carbon footprints.

  • Achieved budget savings of about $1 million below initially proposed furniture budget.

  • Ensured all FF&E specifications met both the firm’s and the client’s strict sustainability and wellness goals, contributing to the project achieving LEED Platinum, WELL, Net Zero Carbon, and LBC Materials Petal certifications.

  • Oversaw vendor collaboration, procurement, and installation of all FF&E.

  • Created customized BIM tools and FF&E standards with firm’s BIM manager and trained staff in best practices for specifying.
